To use BAMpay you must register a checking account. Your account information is secure, and will only be used for the purpose of paying merchants for payments that you initiate from your phone. BAMpay will debit your account by one penny upon sign up to validate your checking account information. Sign up is free, and there is no cost to use the BAMpay application.

I understand that my checking account will be debited for each payment that I initiate using BAMpay, and I authorize BAMpay to electronically debit or paper draft my account for the sale amount of each transaction. I believe the above checking information to be correct, and if it is not correct, or if I change checking accounts, I will update the information prior to making my next BAMpay purchase. I agree that BAMpay will debit my checking account by $0.01 upon sign-up to verify my checking account information. I agree to pay for every purchase that I initiate using BAMpay, and that BAMpay may charge my account an Insufficient Funds Fee of $25.00 or the maximum amount allowed by law if a debit is returned unpaid.
